Step 1 - Registrar
The Student/Parent is to proceed to the Registrar’s office in the Administration building for the updating of the student’s record through the designated computer.
Present previous Report Card
Step 2 - Accounting
After updating of the student record through the Registrar the Student/Parent may now proceed with Assessment of Tuition Fees and Other Discounts through the accounting officer.
Step 3 - Uniforms, Strand Shirt & Books
After the assessment of the tuition fee and other discounts the Student/Parent can now go to Room 103 at the Administration Building for the purchasing of School & PE Uniforms, Strand Shirt for SHS, and Books.
Step 4 - Cashier
After the Student/Parent completes his/her transaction at room 103 the Student/Parent will now proceed to the Cashier at the Administration Building for the payment of tuition fee and other fees. Issuance of an Official Receipt and Admission Slip.
Step 5 - Service Provider
A picture taking for the school ID will be scheduled after the class opening through our RFID provider.
