General Description

The Government Assistance to Students and Teachers in Private Education (GASTPE) - Education Service Contracting (ESC) through the Department of Education is a government assistance/ subsidy to students and teachers in private schools to maintain the viability of private education as a key partner in the delivery of quality basic education. The main beneficiaries are public school elementary graduates with a subsidy of Php13, 000.00 per grantee for their entire Junior High School years.

ESC Applicant Procedure

Private School Elementary Graduates need to apply for the scholarship, while Public School Elementary Graduates are automatically qualified as ESC recipients Submit a Report Card, Parent's ITR, or Certificate of Employment specifying the source of income and average gross monthly income-for self-employed. Affidavit (notarized) specifying the source of income and average gross monthly income for self-employed. Certificate of unemployment for unemployed.

All documents must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office
All inquiries will be answered by the Registrar’s office
Parents will be notified once Voucher applications are approved

Requirements

Please accomplish and submit to the Registrars Office the following requirements on or before August 2023

• Original Report Card (SF9) of the last school attended with LRN (Learner’s Reference Number)

• Clear photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

• *Latest Annual Income Tax Return (for regularly employed)
  *Affidavit – specifying sources of income and average gross monthly income (for self-employed)
  *Barangay Certificate of Unemployment or Certificate of Indigency (for unemployed and without income)

• Latest Proof of Billing (Electric, Water Bills – 3 consecutive months)

• 2x2 Colored ID Picture (1pc)
